Comcast cable internet users.... I need some assistance

One of my clients indicates he cant hit our marketing page (www dot ioipay dot com)

Gives him a page not found message. As far as I can tell there's no issues on our side or with the DNS (although that wouldn't supprise me it there was...)

If you think of it would you let me know if you can get to that page or not. Thanx.

issue's on his end... could be his dns servers, or he may have some kind of ip conflict (vpn related usually) preventing him from sending traffic to your IP and have it reach your servers...

has your ip address changed recently?

tell him to flush his dns locally...
